2015 SUMMER SHOWCASE RECRUITING CAMPS
OUR SUMMER CAMPS WILL GIVE EACH AND EVERY PLAYER AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET AND WORK WITH SOME OF THE TOP COLLEGE COACHES IN THE NATION! THE COACHES AND SCOUTS WILL WORK WITH THE PLAYERS HANDS ON AND THE COACHES WILL BE ABLE TO SEE FIRST HAND THE SKILLS OF EACH AND EVERY PLAYER. THE AVERAGE AGE FOR THESE CAMPS IS 15-20. (JUNIOR COLLEGE PLAYERS ARE WELCOME!)

The deadline to signup, per camp is as follows. This deadline means you must have enrolled online and faxed in the medical release form, as well as the payment form. This will give us the time to order the player's shirt and get their information into the coaches' books. A player will not be confirmed until all forms are received in our office.
WHEN A CAMP IS FULL, WE WILL POST NOTIFICATION ON THE SITE
FORMS AND ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY AUGUST 5, 2015 FOR BOTH CAMPS. IF THERE IS STILL SPACE IN THE CAMP AND YOU REGISTER AFTER THE COMPLETION DATES A $25 RUSH FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CAMP FEE.
Cancellation Policy for the 2015 Camps is as follows:
In the event of a cancellation FOR ANY REASON we do not offer refunds. Once you have registered online and your forms have been received by our office there will be no refund granted for any reason. If you do need to cancel at any time, $500 of your enrollment fee will be applied towards a future Top Prospects Camp and the remainder of the enrollment fee ($195) will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

In a difficult economy you can take full advantage of the opportunity to be seen by top coaches/scouts in one venue. You will be able to meet and work with each college coach that is in attendance. Our camps are different because our coaches and scouts are not just standing around watching; they are working with each player and getting to know them. THIS IS WHAT SETS US APART FORM ALL THE REST!

In years past our camps have been filled to capacity. We will accept registration from the first 65 players to submit ALL of their forms and payment. Once the camp has filled, we will take 15 players for the waiting list. Once we are SOLD OUT for a camp, if you would like to be placed on the waiting list, please register online and fill out the forms and fax them in. You will be placed on the waiting list and notified if/when space is available. You will not be charged until we notify you that a spot has become available AND you agree that you can attend at that time.

$695 per two day camp session

ALL FORMS AND ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY AUGUST 3, 2012 FOR THE EAST CAMP AND AUGUST 15, 2012 FOR THE WEST CAMP. IF THERE IS STILL SPACE IN THE CAMP AND YOU REGISTER ON AUGUST 4, 2012 FOR THE EAST CAMP OR AUGUST 16, 2012 FOR THE WEST CAMP, OR LATER A $25 RUSH FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR CAMP FEE.
After you have filled out the online registration form, the site will direct you to a page with two PDF forms on it, the Medical Release and Payment Authorization forms. These two forms MUST be returned to us via fax or scanned and emailed in PDF format. We must have original signatures on the two forms, digital signatures will not be accepted. Registration will not be considered complete or accepted without FULLY completing the online registration form and submitting the Medical Release and Payment Authorization Forms to our office. All faxes and emails are time-stamped upon arrival. You will be notified within 48 hours once your forms have been received. Please make sure you read the cancellation policy on the forms completely, prior to signing and initialing the forms.
Due to the nature of the Top Prospects Showcase Camps, presented by Quakes Baseball Academy, and the expenses involved, the cancellation policy for 2015 Camps is as follows:
