At Quakes Baseball Academy we offer many training programs at our facility in Laguna Niguel, CA. We have ongoing conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, Vertimax, Plyometrics, and various educational fitness seminars and programs. We also have field training with our travel teams. The foremost goals of our conditioning and training sessions are to teach mechanics, instruct on specific techniques, provide confidence and add energy to each and every one of the participants.

John Elliott offers lessons for hitting and pitching. He has been personally featured on the Batspeed.com hitting videos. He has extensive knowledge of the mechanics of hitting and how to adjust the player's mechanics to get them to be the best they can be at the plate.

John has trained many pitchers over the past 12 years. He has trained professional pitchers, as well as college and high school pitchers. He has an amazing ability to watch a few pitches and detect a mechanical flaw, enabling pitchers to better adapt in a shorter amount of time.Quakes also offers catching lessons. Dennis Twombley is a great coach and trainer. He is able to see where the catchers need work, whether that be footwork and/or mechanics.  He is a great asset to the Quakes team!
